Scheduling An Appointment
Patients who are in acute pain will be seen as soon as possible for pain relieving treatment. Additional appointments to complete therapy are typically required. Regular scheduled appointments are generally one hour each.
Office hours are: Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 4:00pm

Our office is located in the Sunset Plaza office building; This red brick two story building is located on Hwy F (former Hwy 164). Suite 202 is in the northeast corner of the building on the second floor. Elevator access is available.
